Natural Pebble LeatherThis soft Brazilian Shrunken Pebble leather has a luxuriously soft hand feel and features the natural variation of the leather characteristics and grain. We recommend using a leather protectant to provide extra protection from staining and water damage.
Leather Care
We recommend using our Leather Protectant to prevent staining and to lengthen the life of your gear.
Wipe your leather with a damp cloth (warm soapy water) every couple of months to keep your leather looking its best (don't use baby wipes, vinegar, etc.) Try to avoid greasy hands (or recently applied hand cream) coming into contact with your leather. Avoid excessive rubbing of light leather on dark clothing (jeans etc) to avoid colour transfer onto the leather.
It's also best to avoid leaving leather for long periods in direct sunlight as it can cause the colour to fade and the leather to dry out. When not in use, keep your bag stuffed in its dust bag or box.

Mimosa Concept Store Refund and Exchange Policy
We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Contact Us: Notify our customer service at info@mimosaconceptstore.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Eligibility: Items must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags and packaging in the condition you received them.
Exceptions:
- Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged:
- Beauty products
- Gift cards
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery
Credit Note Issuance:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit note issuance.
- Refunds will be processed only for faulty products. If approved, a credit will be applied to your bank account within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before order confirmation by Mimosa's sales representative.
- Cancellations can be confirmed via email or phone call.
Refunds:
- No Refunds: We do not issue refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your bank's customer service. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@mimosaconceptstore.com.
Sale Items:
- Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@mimosaconceptstore.com.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund for a faulty product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
