Mimosa Concept Store Refund and Exchange Policy
We want you to love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us. If you change your mind about a purchase, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Policy:
  • Contact Us: Notify our customer service at info@mimosaconceptstore.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
  • Eligibility: Items must be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with original tags and packaging in the condition you received them.

Exceptions:

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged:
  • Beauty products
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Credit Note Issuance:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your exchange or credit note issuance.
  • Refunds will be processed only for faulty products. If approved, a credit will be applied to your bank account within a certain amount of days.


Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order or before order confirmation by Mimosa's sales representative.
  • Cancellations can be confirmed via email or phone call.

Refunds:

  • No Refunds: We do not issue refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your bank's customer service. It may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • If you still have not received your refund, contact us at info@mimosaconceptstore.com.

 

Sale Items:

  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@mimosaconceptstore.com.

Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund for a faulty product, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
